A Kenyan, Abraham Kiptom has won the  Lagos City Marathon. See photos below. In 2 hours 16 minutes 21 seconds, Athlete 341 - Abraham Kiptom of Kenya crossed the finish line. Emmanuel Gyang was the first Nigerian to cross the finish line. After the cut are pics of the first female winners
